A seasoned urbanist, housewright and interior designer, He has been integral in the production of award winning designs since 2005. With his exceptional CAD abilities, Lew Oliver Nest is realizing its fullest potential. He is the project designer of the 2010 Coastal Living Ultimate Beach House.

With hands–on construction knowledge, the desire to create sustainable places, and keen detailing ability, Dave provides a deep knowledge base that contributes to the final design for Nest cottages. He is currently producing micro-houses for many projects including the new town of Schooner Bay, in the Bahamas.

As a former restaurant manager, he brings methodical discipline to the design realm, facilitating seamless production. His talent for tracking projects and seeing them to completion is vital in the delivery of plans for new housing starts.
